Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via air freight from China.
Delivery Time: 7-20 business days worldwide (depending on destination, customs clearance, and local postal services). A tracking number will be provided once dispatched.
Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout. Free shipping on orders over $2,000 USD.
Order Processing: Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country. We are not liable for delays caused by customs.
Restricted Countries: We do not ship to the following destinations due to legal or logistical restrictions:
Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea region of Ukraine, Russia, Belarus.
(Additional destinations may be restricted without notice due to sanctions or carrier policies.)
Delivery Guarantee: If your order does not arrive within 20 business days from dispatch, we will compensate you with a 5% refund of the order value (excluding shipping fees).

15-Day Unconditional Return: Return any item for a full refund within 15 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Return Shipping: Customers pay return shipping. Use a trackable method.
Refund Process:
1. Contact us at service@safemore.com (mailto:service@safemore.com) to request a Return Authorization.
2. Ship the item back to our China warehouse (address provided upon approval).
3. Once received and inspected (within 3-5 business days), we will issue a refund via PayPal in your local currency (converted at the current rate), minus original shipping fees.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom/personalized items, perishable goods, intimate apparel, and final-sale items.
Damaged/Defective Items: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll provide a prepaid return label or replacement at no cost.
